Lynn has worked in the education non-profit sector for the past 13 years. She is passionate about non-profit work and loves that so much of the work Tulane Hillel does is focused on empowering young adults as they discover themselves and how they want to operate in the world.

Lynn worked at City Year, an AmeriCorps program, for five years, first as the Recruitment and Operations Director for City Year Louisiana and then as the Managing Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the Southern Region. From 2015-2022, Lynn worked at TNTP as the Recruitment Associate responsible for recruiting 100+ individuals for teachNOLA’s teaching certification program every year.

Lynn is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College and LSU Law School. She graduated from Swan River Yoga’s 350-hour teacher training in 2013 and has taught there ever since. She is on the board at First Tee New Orleans and is the board chairman at Mid-City Early Learning Center.

Lynn has two sons, Tice and Taylor, who are the lights of her life. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her boys, spending as much time outside as possible, hatching plans for home improvement projects, and practicing yoga.
