Leslie B. Gubitz found home in the city’s Mardi Gras celebrations. To Leslie, joy is glitter and street side tubas. She frequents 15-20 parades per season, neutral ground side, and drags two glitter covered little girls with her. Outside of the Mardi Gras season, making things for others allows Leslie to channel her creative energy into something she loves and that brings happiness to friends she meets along the way. Leslie will be donating 30% of her proceeds from the day to Arc of Greater New Orleans.
